We had Therian design and provide enclosures for our new Cat Hotel. Their design was top notch. They made the most of the space that we had and came up with a unique design that managed to incorporate dedicated play areas within a bank of enclosures which was amazing. They have a thorough understanding of the needs of cats and this is evident in the attention to detail to the design of the Hotel. Their products are of high quality. The two downsides to their service were cost and responsiveness. I found that their products were quite expensive and they were sluggish at times in response to queries. Would use them again though and can recommend their products and their durability.
